Our conference rooms

We have a total of 20 bright and airy conference rooms, with 22 breakout rooms directly adjoining them. All of our meeting rooms include a beamer and free Wi-Fi access. Modern technology, a full complement of equipment and well-thought-out details provide you with the best conditions for conferences that are both successful and enjoyable.

Conference venue Boomer - Maximum capacity: 8

Boomer is a contemporary meeting room located in the reception building. A pleasant atmosphere, plenty of natural light and a relaxed setting.

Conference venue Mälarhallen - Maximum capacity: 200

Mälarhallen is our largest conference room, with capacity for up to 200 people in theatre style seating. The meeting room is located in the Lustgården building, which also has a comfortable lounge for energising coffee breaks. The venue is also suitable for large events/trade shows, and for use as a showroom.

Conference - With only the sky above you

Meetings should be held wherever they can be done best. Wherever you are able to draw the most inspiration and where your creative juices flow. During the summer months, we arrange conference tables and chairs in our magnificent natural setting, offering you a meeting venue with only the sky above you.

Conference venue Lugnet - Maximum capacity: 20

Lugnet (Tranquillity) offers a relaxing, harmonious and cosy meeting atmosphere. The venue is sectioned into a conference area and a relaxation area with room to gather around the flickering flames of the fireplace. The furniture has been upholstered in warm fabrics, the chairs are comfortable and the lighting pleasant.

Conference venue Möjligheten - Maximum capacity: 30

Möjligheten (Possibility) is a conference venue located in Villa Mälargården, which is set 600 m apart from Happy Tammsvik, and is perfect for small groups who want to meet in an exclusive atmosphere of seclusion. The venue accommodates up to 30 people, and is fully equipped with the latest technology and free Wi-Fi. The building also has two breakout rooms available for guests to use.

Conference venue Astrid - Maximum capacity: 18

The best of both worlds: enjoy the cosy and exclusive feeling of being in an old manor house, with the amenities and activities of modern life at your fingertips. Astrid is the only meeting room in the manor house with its own lounge and a balcony commanding a splendid view of Lake Mälaren.

Conference venue Glädjen (Joy) - Maximum capacity: 10

A room decorated entirely in red from floor to ceiling, with beanbags and large cushions on the floor. The walls have illuminated glass whiteboards. For the playful among you, we have also provided a large flatscreen TV with Xbox and PlayStation games. The room can be rented by the hour, and is suitable for 2 to 10 people. Can be combined with the adjacent conference room Friheten (Freedom).

This venue also offers a ball pit for adults filled with 26,000 red plastic balls. Unleash your creativity and your thoughts: "Come here to bounce around your ideas".

Conference venue Friheten - Maximum capacity: 12

Friheten (Freedom), which is decorated in shades of green, provides a more tranquil atmosphere. The comfortable, flexible armchairs put participants at ease during the meeting. All the walls are hung with illuminated whiteboards.

Conference venue Ljuset - Maximum capacity: 16

Ljuset (Light) is a real power venue, with adjustable lighting in a variety of colours. Up to 16 people can work effectively here all day long. The room can also be used to provide an energy boost to any conference, and can be rented by the hour.

Conference venue Paradiset - Maximum capacity: 6

To the South Pacific and back in five minutes. But do stick around if you feel like hanging out on an exotic sandy beach with swaying palm trees, sun loungers and a refreshing pool behind glass doors. Paradiset (Paradise) puts you right on the dock that leads down to the beach that beckons with its inviting sun loungers. The air is filled with the lapping sound of waves laced with reggae, and the ceiling is hung with a shining sun that can be deployed into an atmospheric sunset whenever you like. A sun just as brilliant as the ideas that this complete tropical tranquillity inspires. There is a refreshing pool to cool off in whenever the discussion grows stormy.

There is a time for everything. And even though we have a passion for creating and developing innovative meeting environments, we know that many meetings require a more conventional venue. We have plenty of such venues as well, in a variety of sizes. All of our venues include customary conference equipment, a complementary selection of fruit, spring water, and free Wi-Fi.

Breakout rooms

Here at Happy Tammsvik we have 20 breakout rooms and meeting rooms in a variety of sizes and designs. These include the hunting-themed Arne room with its heavy leather armchairs, cosy Edle where participants can recline in reindeer-clad wicker furniture, as well as more conventional meeting spaces.
