Conference

Maybe your meeting will start out at the timber kitchen table. Or while you and your colleagues are sat on the living room sofas. Mälargården is set 600 m apart from Happy Tammsvik and is perfect for small groups who really want to spend time together and shut out the bustle of everyday life. Enjoy your own heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym, lounge with both a library and bar, pool room, cooking with a professional chef, and a relaxation room. Work hard, but make sure you play hard together as well. You’ll have the entire house to yourselves. Like a meeting held at home, but much better.

Conference room Möjligheten accommodates up to 30 people, and is fully equipped with the latest technology and free Wi-Fi. The house also has two breakout rooms available for guests to use.

Hotel rooms

Villa Mälargården has 16 hotel rooms decorated in different styles: 13 double rooms, two suites and one single room. All bathrooms are stocked with skin and hair care products by MALIN & GOETZ. You will find a bathrobe and slippers in your room, which can be nice to wear when you want to go to the pool or sauna, or down to the breakfast buffet. You will find a morning paper laid out on the breakfast table in the kitchen, where many of our guests like to linger for a while to enjoy what our breakfast buffet has to offer.

And there is free Wi-Fi access throughout the building.

Pool ​and sauna

Our heated outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal year-round. In the summer months, the poolside terrace is also a great place to enjoy a genuine Mälargården barbecue. You’ll also find a tranquil atmosphere for informal meetings here. When the springtime sun is shining, when the birds are singing and the wood anemones are in bloom – your senses will open up, allowing your heart and mind to mesh as never before.

The building is equipped with two saunas: one is located in the cellar next to the relaxation room, with the other is on the villa’s upper floor. There is also an indoor hydromassage tub on the upper level.

In the basement you will find a gym equipped with dumbbells, treadmills, exercise bikes and a punching bag. Next to the gym you will find the relaxation room, with well-chilled drinks to quench your thirst.

​Cooking with a professional chef

Let our chefs share their passion for cooking with you. The activity starts in the kitchen with a briefing and a glass of champagne. Then, with capable hands to guide you, you’ll be given a chance to deepen your knowledge of the world of gastronomy. Villa Mälargården’s large rustic country kitchen is splendidly equipped, with every conceivable feature to make your cooking adventure a success. Working as a group (up to 15 people), you will prepare a gourmet meal that you will then enjoy together. For larger groups, the cooking is complemented by wine tasting, table setting, napkin folding and flower arranging lessons.

Weddings & Parties

Small, intimate weddings and parties are our speciality. Villa Mälargården is the perfect place for such events – your very own villa with its abundant spaces, and a private chef and hostess to make the entire experience all the more exclusive. The wedding reception can be held in the garden or in the villa's charming kitchen. The villa also has a bar, a pool room, a gym, a heated outdoor swimming pool, two saunas, Jacuzzis and 16 double rooms. Mingle, dance and enjoy the company of loved ones in a venue that never closes.
